Is Ultimate Floors open to the public?
Ultimate Floors is exclusively a B2B company and is not open to the public. However if you are a home owner interested in one of our products we will be more than happy to direct you to your nearest Ultimate Floors dealer!
Why are some products available online but not at my local Ultimate Floors authorized dealer?
Ultimate Floors offers a broad range of products, with each store having its own selection. Our website is a one-stop shop for all products from Ultimate Floors. If you’re looking for a specific product that your local store does not carry, call us and we’ll be happy to direct you to the nearest store that does have that product.
How can I get samples?
We are happy to provide FREE samples of all of our products to all of our clients. Just call our office and we’d be happy to help.
Can I order a customized floor?
Yes you can! However there is a minimum quantity order of at least 20,000 sqft per custom order.
What is shipping lead time?
Shipping lead time is within 1-5 business days anywhere in Southern California and 5-9 business days nation-wide.
What type of underlayment do I need to use?
a. The answer to this question has a lot of moving parts. In short, it depends on the sub-floor, the condition of the subfloor, the sound rating you are trying to achieve and whether or not there is a chance for moisture to come up from the sub-floor. Unsure which underlayment you need? Give us a call and we will be happy to assist you!
Do you deliver?
Yes we do! We can deliver anywhere in southern California & Houston within a few days’ notice and also anywhere nationwide!
Can my new floor withstand heavy weight?
The standard static load rating for SPC is 250 PSI. Please have your licensed contractor refer to this measurement.
Avoid walking on your vinyl floors with cleats, sports shoes, and high heels. Concentrated pressure impact from such footwears will damage the floor surface.
Free of harmful chemicals ?
All Ultimate Floor products are FloorScore and Carb2 certified, free of harmful chemical contents like formaldehyde and phthalates. Relevent test reports are available on the Ultimate Floor website. Please see to Formaldehyde, Ortho-Phthalates, and FloorScore certification.
