Everything a trade buyer should know about Ultimate Floors comes back to how we work: strictly B2B, deep inventory in two distribution centers, and a team that knows the product. Since 2014 we have supplied SPC and LVP, laminate, waterproof laminate, and glue-down LVT to dealers, contractors, builders, and designers across the continental United States and Canada.
Ultimate Floors opened in 2014 with one customer in mind: the trade. We have grown into a leading wholesale flooring distributor for authorized dealers, contractors, builders, and designers across the continental United States and Canada, and we are still exclusively B2B. We are not open to the public.
The company was built on a simple idea. Trade partners need a supplier who keeps product in stock, keeps quality consistent from one production run to the next, backs every floor with a real warranty, and actually picks up the phone. How much inventory we carry, how we document each product, and who answers your call all trace back to that list.
Today that means 200+ running colors with 30,000+ square feet of each color on hand for same-week fulfillment, two distribution centers totaling 100,000 square feet, and a full set of spec sheets, installation guides, and warranty PDFs. Dealers stake their reputation on what they sell, so we give them the paperwork to back it.
We build the line around premium raw materials, advanced locking systems, and sustainable practices. The portfolio is built around waterproof, scratch-resistant floors, rigorously tested using ASTM best practices for scratch and dent resistance. The range runs from budget-friendly laminate for price-sensitive jobs up to 100% waterproof SPC and LVP flooring, with easy installation and long-term performance as the common thread.
All products are FloorScore and CARB2 certified and free of formaldehyde and phthalates. Collections carry a minimum 25-year to lifetime residential warranty. Every box has a QR code that links to the installation video for its locking system, so a crew opening a new product for the first time is not guessing.

Our Los Angeles headquarters and Houston distribution center total 100,000 square feet. Together with a network of 450+ dealer partners, they let us service the entire continental United States and Canada, and they give local dealers real inventory instead of a national website with a 10-day lead time.

Same-week fulfillment from stock. Shipping runs 1 to 5 business days in Southern California and 5 to 9 business days nationwide, with delivery in Southern California and Houston on a few days' notice.

More than 450 authorized dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada carry Ultimate Floors. We never sell direct, so a homeowner who finds us online is referred to an authorized dealer.
