Ultimate Floors is built for the flooring trade, not retail consumers. A dealer or contractor quoting a job needs to know the color is on the shelf, the next run will match the last one, and someone will answer the phone when the order changes.
We sell to qualified trade accounts only: flooring retailers and showrooms, licensed contractors, installers, builders, developers, project purchasers, and designers. When a homeowner calls, we send them to the nearest authorized dealer. Retailers who want our lines on their own showroom floor can apply through the authorized dealer program.
Every collection carries a minimum 25-year to lifetime residential warranty, and quality stays consistent from one production run to the next. Since 2014 that idea has grown into two distribution centers in Los Angeles and Houston and more than 450 dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada.
Supply is one of six wholesale services we run for the trade. It works hand in hand with free flooring samples for color sign-off and delivery and logistics for pickup or job site freight, and the product mix covers residential, multi-family, and light commercial work.

SPC / LVP Flooring
Wide range of floating click LVP plank from 5.0mm to 9.0mm thick, with wear layers up to 30 mil and warranties up to lifetime residential. The West Coast calls it SPC and the South and Gulf Coast call it LVP; it is the same rigid core floor, suited to high-traffic interiors, rental properties, and renovation work.
Laminate Flooring
AC3 and AC4 laminate for value-driven projects, with wood-look visuals in embossed in register, beveled edge, and distressed textures.
Glue-Down LVT
Three collections, Solace, Kero, and Elevate, with flexible design options and wear layers from 8 to 20 mil for remodelers, tenant improvement projects, and multi-unit installations.
Aqua Armor Tech
Waterproof laminate with an epoxy resin core, super-high density HDF board, and moisture-waxed edges rated waterproof up to 300 hours.
GenieMat RST Underlayment
Pliteq sound control underlayment made from 94% recycled rubber, in five versions from RST02 to RST15 for multi-family floors.
