Protection with a time limit
Water-resistant flooring holds off surface moisture for a limited time. Standard laminate is the usual example: a high density core and waxed joints buy time against spills, but the floor should be quoted as water-resistant, not waterproof.
When a job involves daily wet mopping, standing spills, or constant moisture exposure, step up to Aqua Armor Tech or SPC and LVP flooring instead.
A rating you can put in writing
Our two waterproof lines get there through their construction. Aqua Armor Tech is rated waterproof for up to 300 hours. SPC and LVP flooring uses a stone plastic composite rigid core that is 100% waterproof all the way through.
Add glue-down LVT, luxury vinyl fully adhered to the subfloor, and you cover two install methods, floating and glue-down, without sending the customer to another supplier.

Aqua Armor Tech: laminate visuals, rated waterproof
Aqua Armor Tech is our waterproof laminate. It starts with an epoxy resin core and a super-high density HDF board, then adds quadruple moisture-waxed edge protection. The construction is rated waterproof for up to 300 hours, so you can quote a laminate look in rooms where standard laminate would be a gamble.
Collections include Grand Palazzo, Woodlands, Sunset Glow, Endless, The Astris, and Craft Herringbone, with V-groove edges and an embossed in register texture across the line.

SPC and LVP flooring is built on a stone plastic composite rigid core that is 100% waterproof, so it handles spills and daily mopping in kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms. New construction is driving heavy demand for waterproof rigid core, and SPC and LVP flooring lets a builder run one product through every room. SPC and LVP mean the same type of flooring: the West Coast calls it SPC, and the South and Gulf Coast call it LVP.
Collections run from 12 mil to 30 mil wear layers with underlayment attached, and the line carries a 2,500 PSI static load rating. Current collections include Sands, Calmera, MatteCraft, Legacy, Star, and Castle.

For commercial floors, glue-down LVT is luxury vinyl fully adhered to the subfloor, with a vinyl wear surface on a full adhesive bond. Solace, Kero, and Elevate are the three collections in stock, and the glue-down LVT page carries the full specs and applications.
It is widely specified across multi-family and commercial construction, from apartment complexes and tenant buildouts to hospitality and other high-traffic public areas. Solace and Kero are made from 100% virgin materials.

What moves the price on a waterproof order
Wholesale waterproof flooring pricing follows the line you choose, the wear layer or wear rating, the plank format, and whether underlayment comes attached. Volume matters too: approved dealer accounts get volume pricing, and custom runs start at a 20,000 sq ft minimum per order.
