Ultimate Floors collections carry a minimum 25-year to lifetime residential warranty. Three documents cover the full lineup. SPC and LVP flooring, which are the same type of floor under two regional names, carry one master flooring warranty. Laminate and Aqua Armor Tech waterproof laminate share another. Glue-down LVT has a warranty of its own.
The terms for each line live in its PDF, and the term within that range depends on the line and collection. Read the document for the floor actually going down on the job rather than assuming one line's coverage carries over to another.
Every floor we sell is backed by a warranty, and we publish the full technical documentation behind it, including product specifications, installation guides, and warranty PDFs, so a dealer can stake a showroom's reputation on the product. All Ultimate Floors products are FloorScore and CARB2 certified and tested using ASTM best practices for scratch and dent resistance.
A clean PDF answers the coverage question before a homeowner asks it. Specifiers can attach it to a submittal, contractors can leave it with the punch list, and showroom staff can print it at the counter.

Yes. Glue-down LVT, including the Solace, Kero, and Elevate collections, is covered by the Glue Down LVT Warranty. SPC and LVP flooring is covered by the SPC Product Warranty, and laminate shares a document with Aqua Armor Tech.
