A flooring order touches more than the product. It needs an account, a sample in a customer's hand, stock confirmed on the right color, and a truck at the right address. Our six services cover each of those steps.
Ultimate Floors has supplied the flooring trade since 2014, and we are strictly B2B. We are not open to the public, and when a homeowner calls, we send them to the nearest authorized dealer. That policy keeps the showrooms that carry our lines from competing with their own supplier.
Our services are built on a simple idea. Trade partners need a supplier who keeps product in stock, keeps quality consistent from one production run to the next, provides documentation they can hand to an installer, and actually picks up the phone.
Every service draws on the same inventory. That covers SPC and LVP flooring, laminate, Aqua Armor Tech waterproof laminate, glue-down LVT, and GenieMat RST sound control underlayment. You can review every product line before you call.
Stock ships from two distribution centers totaling 100,000 square feet, one at our Los Angeles headquarters and one at our Houston distribution center, which together supply dealers across the continental United States and Canada.

Start a trade relationship
We sell only to the trade. Retailers and showrooms start with the dealer program. Contractors, builders, and designers call either distribution center to get started.
Pull samples and documents
Request free samples of any product line, and download spec sheets, installation guides, and warranty documents for the floors you are quoting.
Confirm stock on your color
Call Los Angeles or Houston to confirm inventory on the exact color and quantity you need. Each in-stock color is carried at 30,000+ sq ft.
Order stock or go custom
Order from 200+ in-stock colors, or place a custom order at a 20,000 sq ft minimum when the job needs something we do not carry.
Pick up or schedule delivery
Pull product from either warehouse the same week, or schedule delivery to your showroom or job site. Lead times are 1 to 5 business days in Southern California and 5 to 9 nationwide.
Install with support behind you
QR codes on every box link to installation videos for the locking system inside. After the floor goes down, our team supports warranty documentation and claims.
