Trade only
Mon to Fri 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Sat 8 AM to 1 PM
Ultimate Floors posts product specifications for every collection we have documented, so dealers, contractors, builders, and designers can pull the exact sheet a submittal or a customer question calls for. Pick a product line, choose the collection, and get the spec sheet, installation guide, warranty, and care guide in one packet.
This page collects the flooring product specifications we publish for our SPC and LVP flooring, laminate flooring, Aqua Armor Tech waterproof laminate, and glue-down LVT collections. Most collection files are MSDS (safety data sheet) PDFs. High-Rise and Sands carry full specification sheets, Oakwood carries an advanced specification document, and the Skyline Collection has its own catalog.
Each product line also has documents that apply to every collection in it: an installation guide written for its locking or adhesive system, a line warranty, and the Ultimate Floors care and cleaning guide. The packet builder below pulls those together so one job's paperwork sits in one place.
The library is part of our trade resources, and it is built around how the trade actually uses paperwork. Dealers open a sheet at the counter when a customer asks what is in the floor. Contractors and builders attach the sheets to submittals and job binders. Designers and specifiers use them to confirm a collection before it goes on a finish schedule.
If the collection you are quoting is not listed here, including Farmstead, Kero, and Elevate, call either distribution center. Our team will send current documentation for that collection, and samples of every product are free for our clients.
Choose the product line, then the collection. The panel lists every document that applies, with direct PDF links and a button that copies the full list for an email or a submittal cover sheet.

No collection sheet is posted for this line yet. The line documents are in the panel, and either distribution center can send the collection sheet you need.
Sending a packet to a customer or GC?
Copy the links from the panel and paste them into your email or cover sheet. Every PDF stays live at the same address, so the links keep working after the job closes.
4 documents: the collection sheet plus the installation guide, warranty, and care documents for SPC / LVP Flooring.
A clean submittal answers the three questions an owner, architect, or inspector will ask: what the floor is, how it goes down, and what backs it.
Open the collection sheet and check that the collection name and format match what you are quoting. Our laminate and Aqua Armor Tech MSDS files carry a thickness in the file name. Check the total thickness on the product page, since Sunset Glow measures 12.0mm and Endless 14.0mm.
SPC and LVP flooring has its own installation guide, laminate and Aqua Armor Tech share one, and glue-down LVT has a guide written for a fully adhered floor. All three live on our installation guides page.
Add the line warranty and the care and cleaning guide so the owner knows what the coverage requires and how to maintain the floor. Full terms and the claim form are on our warranty information page.
QR codes on every box
Each code links to an installation video for the locking system inside, so the crew on site sees the same method the guide describes.
25-year to lifetime coverage
The minimum residential warranty across our collections, written out in each line's warranty PDF.
Samples next to the sheet
Put the floor beside its paperwork before you spec it. Free flooring samples are available for every product.
These certifications and test results apply across the Ultimate Floors portfolio. Test reports for formaldehyde, ortho-phthalates, and FloorScore certification are available from our team on request.
Every collection sheet we currently publish, grouped by product line, plus the collections whose sheets we send by phone. Each PDF opens in a new tab, ready to save to a job folder.

What dealers, contractors, and specifiers ask our team about spec sheets and the documents that go with them.
Use the spec packet builder or the full index on this page. Every posted collection sheet opens as a PDF in a new tab. If the collection you need is not listed, call our Los Angeles or Houston distribution center and we will send the current product specifications.
Most collection files are MSDS (safety data sheet) documents. High-Rise and Sands have specification sheets, Oakwood has an advanced specification document, and the Skyline Collection has a catalog. The label in the index tells you which type you are opening.
Yes. Formaldehyde, ortho-phthalate, and FloorScore reports are available, along with collection testing such as ASTM F970 static load, ASTM F1514 heat, and ISO 24334 locking strength. Call either distribution center with the collection name and we will send what the submittal needs.
Yes. All Ultimate Floors products are FloorScore and CARB2 certified and free of formaldehyde and phthalates, and our certifications include GreenGuard Gold. Test reports are available from our team when a project file needs them alongside the product specifications.
Anyone can open the PDFs, but Ultimate Floors sells only to the trade. Homeowners who want our floors are referred to their nearest authorized dealer, who can walk them through the sheets and place the order.
Our team can send current documentation for any collection, confirm stock on the exact run you need, and get samples moving to your showroom or job site.
