No. Ultimate Floors is exclusively a B2B company and is not open to the public. If you are a homeowner interested in one of our products, we will gladly direct you to your nearest Ultimate Floors dealer, and our retail locations page lists where to find one.
We supply authorized dealers, contractors, builders, and designers across the continental United States and Canada. More than 450 dealer partners carry our lines today. Flooring retailers and showrooms open a trade account through the Authorized Dealer Program.
Ultimate Floors offers a broad range of products, and each store carries its own selection. Our website is the one place that shows every product we offer. If your local store does not carry a specific product, call us and we will direct you to the nearest store that does.
We provide free samples of all of our products to all of our clients. Call either office and our team will help you pull the colors you are quoting. The flooring samples page explains how trade partners request them.
Yes. Custom flooring orders carry a minimum quantity of 20,000 square feet per order. Call either office to talk through the color and spec you need.
We keep 200+ running colors in stock with 30,000+ square feet of each color on hand, available for same-week fulfillment. Call to confirm stock on the exact color and run before you commit a job.
Shipping lead time is 1 to 5 business days anywhere in Southern California and 5 to 9 business days nationwide.
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Southern California and Houston with a few days’ notice, and anywhere nationwide. Delivery and logistics covers job site delivery from both distribution centers.
Orders ship from two distribution centers totaling 100,000 square feet, one in Los Angeles, CA and one in Houston, TX. Both are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM, closed Sunday.
The answer has a lot of moving parts. It depends on the subfloor, the condition of that subfloor, the sound rating you are trying to achieve, and whether moisture can come up from the subfloor.
For sound control we carry GenieMat RST underlayment by Pliteq in RST02, RST05, RST10, RST12, and RST15, made from 94% recycled rubber. Unsure which underlayment you need? Give us a call and we will help you choose.
The static load rating for SPC and LVP flooring is 2,500 PSI. Please have your licensed contractor refer to this measurement.
Avoid walking on vinyl floors with cleats, sports shoes, and high heels. Concentrated pressure from that footwear will damage the floor surface.

SPC and LVP flooring is 100% waterproof all the way through. SPC and LVP mean the same type of flooring: a wide range of floating click plank from 5.0mm to 9.0mm thick. Aqua Armor Tech laminate pairs an epoxy resin core and super-high density HDF board with quadruple moisture-waxed edge protection, rated waterproof up to 300 hours.

Yes. All Ultimate Floors products are FloorScore and CARB2 certified and free of harmful chemical content like formaldehyde and phthalates. Test reports covering formaldehyde, ortho-phthalates, and FloorScore certification are available for your files.
Our floors are FloorScore certified, GreenGuard Gold certified, and CARB2 certified, and they are rigorously tested using ASTM best practices for scratch and dent resistance. Ultimate Floors holds a BBB A+ rating on its Los Angeles BBB profile.
Yes. MSDS sheets are published for individual collections across our SPC and LVP, laminate, Aqua Armor Tech, and glue-down LVT lines. The product specifications page lists every posted sheet, and either office can send one that is not posted yet.
